    Thrilled to find real talc. Sad to see the size has shrunk and the cost has quadrupled. Hopeful to think maybe at least some of this cost increase has gone towards making the mining of the product safer for the workers. I did try the alternatives, the corn-sourced powders, and they are wholly ineffectual for me. Actually, they seemed to make me more likely to get fungal rash rather of less likely. I will be sticking with talc, which is mineral based instead of food based. Very happy with the product. Much less so with the delivery, which was just the last in a series of poorly done Amazon deliveries so far this year. The product is in a metal tin – it took some serious mistreatment to smash it like that. I noticed some other reviews mentioned the product having an unpleasant scent or the scent changing from order to order. I can only share my experience, of course, but as close as I can tell the scent had been identical with each order and is very close to what I remember as the “Yardley” scent from 40 years ago.

I use it in my groin, on the pits and chest. Clothes slide over skin better. Underwear is less likely to bunch in the crack. This stuff is good. Doesn’t cost much. I like it.
