• 3. Open your wifi page on mobile setting, find out this Bluetooth signal “M50-ALIOS.”, connect it as your wifi with this password: 12345678.

• This is oil light, when oil volume is less, it will change into blue/red. When each time you refill oil, need to adjust oil volume on display/app.

• 1. Oil volume >50% of bottle volume 800ml – light changes into green.

• 2. Oil volume <50% of bottle volume 800ml – light changes into blue.

• 3. Oil volume <25% of bottle volume 800ml – light changes into RED.

Why can not deliver scent for 7500 sq.ft area in my house

• Coverage area 7500 sq.ft is tested in our lab via HVAC system, if no connect HVAC system, only about 3500 sq.ft.

Why my diffuser work for 50s, then pause 200s

• When you set up time for diffuser, it needs to set up continuous work time/continuous pause time 5-300s. If you want continuous work time more, you can change into 300s for work/5s for pause.

Why oil light change into red color, however have much oil in bottle

• For each time you refill oil, it needs adjust oil volume on display/app by yourself. Then click “check”/remaining” on app to save; keep bottle volume is fixed 800ml.

Why different coverage area shown on advertising and package box

• Measurement Unit is different, in USA, people more prefer to know size with square feet, so we change into square feet.
