Shake well before you use it. Apply it generously to dry skin about 15 minutes before you head out into the sun. You’ll want to reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating, right after towel drying, or at least every couple of hours. Just for using on your skin, and keep it away from little ones. If you have questions about using it on kids under 6 months, definitely ask a doctor!
