I put the cream on my face first thing in the morning and it goes all day long. At night before bed, I put a little more on all over my face too and leave it overnight. In the morning I wash my face with warm water and soap; then pat dry with a towel – followed by applying this O’Keeffe’s for Healthy Feet Foot Cream for Extremely Dry cream to my entire face—face neck & chest area as well. My face is more hydrated & supple than ever! Please also note that this container will last longer than you would think — use only a small amount each time even though it looks like a lot at first because it spreads out easily. It hydrates so much better than anything else I’ve ever used! It’s also got an amazing scent to it which makes me feel like I just came out of a spa treatment when applying each time.
